Students from Audubon Elementary Visit The Ogden Museum of Southern Art

Fifth grade students from Audubon Elementary School, in Kenner, LA, visited the Ogden Museum of Southern Art today to study art by Louisiana artists. The students are participating in a partnership program between JPPSS and The Ogden Museum of Southern Art, called "Junior Curators". The students will study works of art at the museum and create podcasts about the works. The podcasts will be used for an audio tour at the museum and posted on the museum's blog. On March 31st, the students will visit the museum for a "grand opening" for their project where they will present their podcasts for the rest of the 4th and 5th grade students from Audubon Elementary School.
